Positive: The location of the apartment was convenient and made it easy to explore the city. I really appreciated the well equipped fitness facility, and the bed was very comfortable, definitely a plus for a good night’s sleep.
Negative: There was visible mold near the bathroom vent and inside the washing machine, which was concerning. The hallways constantly smelled strongly of marijuana, and the walls were thin.
Summary: Great for an economical stay. Good location and amenities, but there is room for improvement.

Negative: I had some issues with the code when I arrived and there’s no reception. The microwave was disconnected due to an issue with the electric system. In both cases they were supportive through the in-app chat.

Positive: Location was great! We definitely recommend Gus’s Chicken right across the street (get the chess pie!!!!) and Terry Blacks BBQ. Deep Ellum was a vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants with all the amenities you would need within walking distance of the apartment, including the DART which we took downtown to the JFK museum. The apartment complex also had a very nice gym & a pool that was nice to dip our feet in after a day of exploring the area. Apartment was clean, WiFi worked perfectly for my remote job, check in was easy, and the bed was very comfortable. This place was an absolute steal at this price point.
Negative: Some minor electrical issues in the apartment. Fuses seemed to blow pretty easily, but was not hard to fix. Management was very responsive & helpful though! The vibe of Deep Ellum also changes late at night, especially on weekends, but if you’re not into clubbing until 2am, this is a non-issue.
Summary: Comfy, clean, great location, great amenities.

Positive: Place was nice and central to where I wanted to be. Hit a little snag while checking in as the code didn’t work but I called and it was easily fixed.
Negative: The remote to the tv didn’t work. I messaged and they stated they would send someone but they never came. I even purchased new batteries but that still didn’t work. Also small problem with gnats

Positive: The apartment is neat, tidy and spacious. The pool is great and gets the afternoon sun till 8pm.
Negative: There was construction work which meant the roof terrace and part of the pool terrace was closed. The noise from deep Ellum club penetrates the room - without ear plugs you won't sleep well.
